2009 Fall Commencement Photos
Dr. Regina E. Dugan, the nineteenth director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), addressed the graduate ceremony on Friday, December 11. Vice Admiral Richard H. Truly and Institute Professor Robert M. Nerem addressed undergraduate ceremonies on Saturday, December 12. Approximately 2000 undergraduate and graduate students were recognized at the ceremonies.
2009 Summer Commencement Photos
Professor Robert M. Nerem addressed graduates at Georgia Tech's 234th commencement ceremony on Saturday, August 1, 2009. Approximately 800 undergraduate and graduate students were recognized at a 9AM ceremony at Alexander Memorial Coliseum.
2009 Spring Commencement Photos
Approximately 2,500 undergraduate and graduate students participated in Georgia Tech's 233rd commencement ceremonies on Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2, at the Georgia Dome. John F. Brock III, CEO of Coca-Cola Enterprises, addressed the undergraduate ceremony, and Erroll B. Davis Jr., chancellor of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, addressed the doctoral and master's ceremony.
2008 Fall Commencement Photos
At Georgia Tech's 232nd Commencement, approximately 1900 graduates were recognized inclusively at three separate ceremonies. PhD and Master's candidates graduated on Friday, December 12, where Professor William W. George addressed the students. On Saturday, December 13, Retired General Major Ronald Johnson addressed both ceremonies of Undergraduate candidates.
2008 Summer Commencement Photos
Approximately 529 graduates were recognized in Georgia Tech's 231st commencement ceremony. Dr. James Foley addressed the recent graduates on Friday, August 1.
2008 Spring Commencement Photos
Approximately 2,100 graduates were recognized in Georgia Tech's 230th commencement ceremony, which was split into two events. The PhD candidates participated in Commencement on Wednesday, April 23, where Dr. Arden Bement, Director of the National Science Foundation addressed the recent graduates. Mr. Dean Kamen, President of DEKA, addressed the Master's and Undergraduate candidates on Saturday, May 3.
2007 Fall Commencement Photos
Georgia Tech's 229th commencement ceremony featured approximately 1,600 graduates in three ceremonies. Georgia Lieutenant Governor Casey Cagle and Former Chairman and CEO of Lockheed Martin Norman Augustine each addressed an undergraduate ceremony while the 2005 Nobel Prize winner Dr. Robert H. Grubbs addressed the Ph.D. and master's ceremony.
