Summer 2014 Candidates - Important Information
Due to the discontinuation of summer commencement, students graduating in Summer 2014 are invited to participate in the Fall 2014 Commencement exercises. Fall Commencement is scheduled to take place December 12 and 13, 2014 at McCamish Pavilion.
All summer graduates wishing to participate in the Fall 2014 ceremony must submit an RSVP during fall semester to receive guest tickets and participate in the ceremony. Fall commencement will be a ticketed event.
Summer Student Checklist
- Submit an RSVP between September 22-October 10 using our online form
- Order your regalia at techstuff.gatech.edu and have it mailed to your house
- Check your email for messages from our office (email@example.com). If you have not received any emails, please contact us.
Summer Commencement Registration
Summer students were asked to register for fall Commencement from July 1 through July 31. This is not an RSVP, merely an indication of interest in attending the ceremony. Summer students will be able to submit a personal email address to ensure all fall communications are received after graduation. Summer graduates will still have to submit an RSVP in fall for fall Commencement. For more information, visit our Summer Registration FAQs.
Fall 2014 Commencement
Fall 2014 Commencement is scheduled to take place December 12 and 13 at McCamish Pavilion. Official ceremony times will be posted the first week of September. The bachelor's ceremony will be a ticketed event. Information on ticket numbers will be published the first week of September.
Spring 2015 Participation
Summer 2014 graduates will not have the option of participating in the Spring 2015 ceremony.
Summer 2015 graduates with two classes or less remaining and in good academic standing will have the option to apply for an early walk in Spring 2015. Deadlines and additional information will be posted at the start of Spring 2015 semester.
